Acceptable Use Policy

Simcha Solutions LLC

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to your use of any Simcha Solutions website, form, hosted beta sandbox, or other service or environment operated by Simcha Solutions LLC ("Simcha Solutions"). It does not govern the internal operation of self-hosted Simcha DB Studio deployments, which are controlled by the customer, except that customers remain responsible for their own lawful use of the software.

2. Prohibited uses

You may not use our sites or hosted services to:

• Break the law. Engage in or promote any illegal activity, or infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
• Harm the service. Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems; breach or circumvent authentication, security, rate limits, or bot-protection measures; or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
• Abuse access. Access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access; share credentials; or resell or provide access to third parties without authorization.
• Distribute harmful code. Upload, transmit, or link to malware, or use our services to launch attacks against others.
• Overload. Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or place unreasonable load on our services, except as we expressly permit.
• Misuse data. Submit false information or another person's information without authorization; harvest others' information; or introduce personal, regulated, or confidential data into an evaluation environment where you are not permitted to do so.
• Send spam. Use our services or contact channels to send unsolicited or bulk messages.
• Abuse content. Post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

3. Beta sandbox specifics

In the hosted beta sandbox, you must not connect production databases or introduce data you are not authorized to place in a pre-release environment, and you must not use the sandbox to store the only copy of important data. You are responsible for the lawfulness of anything you connect.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and take other appropriate action, with or without notice, to protect our services, our users, and third parties. We may report unlawful activity to authorities and cooperate with lawful investigations. Suspension or termination under this Policy does not entitle you to any refund or credit.

6. Changes

We may update this Policy at any time by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date.
